Adult Classes
Hey everyone we are starting some new fantastic programs at Southwest Gymnastics and wanted to get the word out.
We will now be offering Gymnastics FIT (Fun Intense Training) classes Monday and Wednesday mornings for parents looking to improve their overall personal fitness level. Whether you want to shred your muscles or shed some pounds! This class is offered on Mondays and/or Wednesdays from 11:30-12:30pm for those just starting to begin a workout/fitness routine and those already involved in one. This class is sure to be challenging and rewarding. So come give it a try and spread the word, challenge a friend… We are offering one free week or two classes if you sign up in November or December! Call to get started asap!
