Hi Everyone,
I just wanted to let you know that the Golf Tournament is Oct 2 at 12:30 pm. We will need to come at about 10:00 am to start setting up !! The only thing that has happened as far as planning is that the brochure has been sent out. We still need raffle, and silent Auction Items!! If we don’t get those we have no way to raise money! That is the about the only thing we make money on!
Please plan on attending this meeting as we had no one show up to the meeting last month!
The board cannot do this all by ourselves as 3 out of the 5 board members will be gone on that day and CANNOT be there! So we need everyone else to be there!!! We also need everyone to help OUT PRIOR to Oct 2!! This Golf Tournament will not happen without the rest of you!!
If we are to successfully pull this off we need to start planning immediately!!
