Meeting brought to order by President Russ Sanders

1. Golf Update - The date is September 22, 2012 in the afternoon.
- Need Tee box sponsors and raffle prizes.

2. State Meet Update
March 10-11 (Saturday and Sunday) at Basha High School

3. The boys meet dates and times were passed out again.

4. Meet Registrations
Need to know if boys will be attending North Valley and USA Invitational. We will assume your son is going unless you tell us otherwise. Must know by Tuesday, Jan 10th.

5. Fun to Flip Meet (January 13)
Parents need to sign up (especially for set up and tear down). We need help!

6. Senior video - Kathy Hausman will be collecting all the senior information for State Meet

7. Fry's cards are available in front office. Simply purchase a Fry's card for $5 and use it to buy groceries. The card can be loaded with any amount of money at checkout. Every time you use it - a portion of your purchase goes back to Southwest Gymnastics.

8. USAG Forms are due now. Some parents paid fee but did not complete the form.

9. IPAD raffle for State Meet. We will sell only 500 tickets. Each gymnast will be asked to sell $100 worth. It is $5 for one and $20 for 5.

10. Treasurer's Report
The difference between the gym and the support organization was explained. Checks for Booster club must be made to SWGSO

At the small counter by front door: The metal cabinet is for the gym (classes,etc), the white wooden box is for SWGSO and all meet fees or team assessment checks can be placed in there.
