Meeting Minutes SWGSO Girls Team

Attendance: Pricilla Tai, Betsy Long, Linell James, Kelly Moore, Kristie Wickland, Julie Barry, Kathi Hausmann

Meeting called to order: 5:38pm

USAG Fee for all levels due July 31, 2009

Booster club voted to send Andrew to National Congress. Approximately $1500 for one coach.

Headgames for coaches proposed from Andrew. He wants to participate in an online program they offer. Voted yes to have Andrew check into it further and voted yes to have andrew go ahead with the program if he finds it will be beneficial for $350.00.

Voted no to prep-optional program.

Fall Flip flyers are put together. October 3 and 4, 2009. Sign up sheets will be posted soon.

New business: Julie brought up Fry's fundraiser participation. Kristie will get with Diane Altenhofen from the boys and verify card numbers.

Time change for meetings proposed. Voted to change meetings to 3rd Monday at 5:30. Booster club meets will always follow Doc Ali meetings when applicable.
