Hi everyone,

I wanted to send out an email so everybody knows what payments are due at this point. I know there has been a lot of information being put out there and it can get very overwhelming. I will do my best to keep you all updated for the fees that are do as soon as I know them.

USAG membership was due on July 23. The cost was $49.00.
Please make sure you filled out the membership form because we need that to register each girl. That form gets turned into the office and we have to have that on file at the gym per USAG rules.

The level 5 girls and up were measured for grips and they have come in.
The cost for the grips are $25.40 and that is due now. (except for Fahja)

The first meet is the Prescott meet held Aug. 28-29,2010.
The cost is $60.00 and this fee is due by Aug 2,2010.
This meet is for all levels 4-10.

The second meet is the Critique meet held Sept 11-12, 2010.
The cost is $40.00 and payment is due August 9, 2010.
This is for levels 4-6.

All checks related to meets and the booster club are to be made out to SWGSO and put in the white box at the gym. If you are paying in cash please do not place that in the white box. You can hand that to myself, Kathi or Kristie. Kathi and Kristie will let me know if they have received cash from you and will drop it in the BLACK box. I will give you a receipt for any cash amount you pay to the booster club. If one of the three of us is not at the gym, please just hold on to it until you can let one of us know. Please do not put any cash in the white box or in the treasurer folder.

You may write one check and the funds will be applied to the charges accordingly. My daughter’s workout hours vary so you can ask the front office when I might be there.

I will be doing statements in the next couple of days and the above charges will be on there. I will place statements in your girl’s folders. If you think there is an error on your statement please email me so that I can research it and get back with you. Remember that if you are unable to attend a meet, please make sure that Andrew has approved it.
